These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Nu Me Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”) located at Castle Hill, NSW. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service or product, you agree to these terms.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A $50 deposit or valid card capture is required to secure your booking. Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or card authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a $50 charge to your card on file.

Where an appointment has been booked using a gift voucher, cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend without prior notice will result in the session being deducted from the voucher as though the service was provided. The gift voucher value or session will not be reinstated.

Repeated no-shows may result in full prepayment being required for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full service fees will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and your deposit may be forfeited.

Refunds & Services

All services are non-refundable once performed. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the premises so we can address your concerns. We do not offer refunds on completed services but will endeavour to resolve any issues at our discretion.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a store credit. We do not offer refunds on opened or used products unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with NSW gift card laws. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Health & Medical Conditions

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and contraindications prior to treatment. Nu Me Aesthetics will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where it is deemed unsuitable for a client’s health or safety.

Personal Belongings

Nu Me Aesthetics takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings on our premises.

Privacy

All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nu Me Aesthetics limits its liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from our services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms are available on our website at nume.au.
